How long does a build take?
Most builds run around 5-7 months. Timing depends on approvals, site works and transport, but factory work and site preparation run concurrently, which keeps the overall timeline tight.
Where can it be installed?
It needs suitable access, foundations and approvals. The fixed design range can be installed on suitable suburban, regional and remote sites across Australia.
Is it built to last?
The structure uses steel framing and durable external materials, with specifications selected for transport, installation and local conditions.
Are the layouts fixed?
Yes. The base designs are offered as shown. Layout customisation and design changes are not available.
What about approvals?
We handle engineering certification and provide the documentation councils need. Depending on your site, approval can run as a DA or a CDC, and we support the path that fits. Local approval support is included in every residential project.

How much does a modular building project cost?
