What is included,area by area.

Every home arrives as complete, fitted-out modules, not a shell: the kitchen, bathroom, joinery, flooring and lighting are installed in the factory. Every model includes a 10-year structural warranty and 12-month material warranty. Items marked "per plan" vary by model; check the floor plan for your design.

Standard inclusion

Exterior & structure

  • Power and data outlets to NCC requirements
  • Hard-wired smoke alarms, interconnected where required
