For a proposed cabin stay, start with the guest experience: a separate bedroom or open studio, space for luggage, a usable kitchen and bathroom, and how the building relates to its surroundings. Compare the fixed plans against your expected occupancy and the space available on site.
Decks, paths, parking, landscaping and accessibility requirements need their own scope. Confirm what is included in your written quote; a rendered cabin setting is not a package of site works.

For multiple buildings, share the proposed quantity and delivery sequence. Our published range uses fixed floor plans; suitability for a particular project is assessed before the supply scope is agreed.

Intended use and occupancy
Tell us whether you are planning short stays, longer-term accommodation or rooms for a project team. Include the number of occupants, buildings and bathrooms you need. The intended use helps determine which plans are worth considering.
Delivery and site access
Share the site address, access-road details, gate widths, slopes and any overhead obstacles. The delivery route, crane position and space to place the modules need review before an order is confirmed.
Services and ongoing operation
Plan water, wastewater, power, maintenance access and cleaning between stays. If you are considering off-grid services, include those requirements in the enquiry so their scope can be assessed separately.
Approvals and installation scope
Confirm the proposed use and approval requirements with the relevant council or qualified adviser. Agree in writing who is responsible for foundations, connections, transport and installation. A factory-finished building still needs a site-specific plan.
Delivery is about 5 months from order. Discuss your required opening or occupancy date early, allowing for site preparation and the work needed after delivery.
